Wind looked good in the morning but didn't manage to get organised until 1pm. Arrived and it looked marginal, for 20 minutes was just about OK on the 12m XBow. High tide was approaching and it died a bit and teased for a couple of hours. Eventually about 4pm it filled in. Seemed to be more out to sea so I stayed a way out for a while while a few others looked to be struggling on the shoreline. By 6 I had to pull a bit of depower, and switched to my 122x38 board for some fun in the surf...
